STEM is more than an acronym for science, technology, engineering and math. It is the integrated nature of how our world works. When we state in our mission that we give kids, “the tools to deeply understand the changing world”, involvement with STEM develops the critical thinking process “tool”, necessary for the 21st century workforce and important to solving the changing world’s complex problems of today and the future.
