BE IT PROCLAIMED, by chairman and all members of the San Diego board of supervisors on this the 19th day of July that they commend Tristaca McCray for her outstanding service, leadership and commitment to the health and well-being of county youth, teens and young adults, and do hereby declare this day to be “Tristaca McCray Day” throughout San Diego County.
