Leadership is the action of leading a group of people or an organization. Empowering others to be at their best by creating evidence-based empowering education models that are relevant, practical, and directly support people's well-being.

In the next 2 - 5 years, I would like to be recognized as an expert in this sector. I believe this program will provide me with the opportunity to do the same. I have the potential to lead projects and I am sure this fellowship program will give me the chance to become one of the forerunners.
