My name is Clarence from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. I believe leadership is the ability of an individual, group or organization to influence and guide the activities of other individuals, teams, or entire organizations in the fulfillment of particular objectives.

I am a very resourceful young man with an unquenchable desire to not only learn but impart the little experience and knowledge I have gain in my experience.
