NERDS RULE INC. was created by Executive Director and Founder Tristaca McCray on October 26, 2011 as a non-profit organization for youth, teens, and youth adults. Our creative programs target a variety of global change.

Proven leader with extensive experience in strategy, development, and operations of winning programs focused on delivering best-in-class results. Highly effective in working with diverse teams to grow and administer complex operations.

Committed to providing thought leadership and business acumen to innovative solution development. Passionate about the importance of building community and leveraging the strengths of team members to deliver significant and sustainable positive impact.

NERDS RULE INC. serves as a Family and Youth Peer Navigator working with organizations for Adoptions, Foster Care, Probation and Special Education. Our “World Changers” team and volunteers have certifications in several mental health programs such as Mental Health First Aid, Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), and Next Level Leader. NERDS RULE INC. also created the T.O.U.C.H Performing & Visual Arts Program is for individuals who, after serious consideration and self-evaluation, have chosen acting/singing/ dance/art as a profession or as a therapy.
